Domestic Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for orders of $150 or more for anyone within the continental United States. Purchases totaling less than $150 will be charged by weight. 

  • Package weighing less than 1 lb will be shipped via USPS First Class Package.​

  • Standard Shipping - Packages weighing over 1 lb will be shipped via (a) USPS Ground, (b) UPS Ground (This method may take up to 8 business days).

  • USPS Priority Mail/UPS 3 Day Select - Buyer has the option to select this for faster delivery time (approximately 1 -3 days).

  • $1 Handling fee is applied to each order.


  • Orders are usually shipped out within 24-48 hours after being placed. Tracking information will be sent out once shipping label is created. ​

International Shipping

  • Our website provider does not calculate international shipping rates properly. If you want to know how much shipping will be please email us at and give us the following information so we may calculate shipping rate:

    • Your name​

    • Your address

    • What is in your cart

  • Orders are usually shipped out within 24-48 hours after being placed. Tracking information will be sent out once shipping label is created. ​​

Local Pick Up

  • We are located in Menifee, California. There is an option on the checkout page to select the local pick up method.

  • We will notify you via email once the item(s) are ready for pick up, Handling time is between 24-48 hours.

  • Please note that local pick up has a one week time limit and if the items are not picked up within this time frame the order will be cancelled and your money will be refunded.

Returned Packages

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct address for delivery. In the event that your package cannot be delivered due to an error by the buyer we are not obligated to re-ship the package again. At the buyer's request we can either ship the order again with the buyer paying for the shipping fee or refund the buyer less the initial shipping fee.


  • In the event that you are not satisfied with your Greener Odyssey purchase please return the unused, unwashed item(s) within 30 days. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days has lapsed.

  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us before returning for a full refund (less shipping).

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s). We reserve the right to refuse funds on returned item(s) that have been used, soiled or washed. Item(s) must also be in the original packaging.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the original order qualified for free shipping then the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. A copy of the original shipping receipt from Greener Odyssey can be acquired upon request.

  • We recommend that you ship in a method that provides tracking in the event that your return becomes lost or is not received by Greener Odyssey. If you contacted us for a refund you have 14 days for the item(s) to be returned for your refund. If we do not receive the item(s) within this time and you cannot provide proof that it has been sent then your refund is void.​


  • If you have received a wrong item please contact us and we will resolve this situation by sending you the correct item along with a prepaid return envelope to put the item that was shipped by mistake. Please contact us if this is the case.

  • We only replace an item if they are defective or damaged. We cover all manufacturing defects on our products for 90 days from the date of purchase.

  • We cannot offer an exchange if an item was ordered by mistake. You can return the unused item to us and we'll process a refund minus the shipping fee.
