How do I start earning Clover Points?
To start earning Clover Points you will need to create an account on our website and you will be automatically enrolled to our loyalty program. You will earn 1 point per dollar spent.
Where do I find my Clover Points?
You can find the rewards section under your account > My Rewards. Accumulated Clover Points will be reflected on there.
How do you calculate how many Clover Points I get on my purchases?
Clover Points are calculated based on the merchandise sale price less of any discounts. Clover Points will not be earned on shipping fees and sales tax paid.
I've made a purchase before becoming a member. Will I receive Clover Points for my previous orders?
We have provided Clover Points for all purchases made on or after 11/01/2020. Orders before this will not be awarded points.
Do my Clover Points expire?
The Clover Points you have earned will expire after a year from the date it was applied to your account. Redeemed points consume the oldest accumulated points first so be sure you use them before they expire!
Redeeming your Clover Points will generate a code to be applied at checkout for the discount to reflect.
Can I transfer my Clover Points to someone else?
Clover Points are not transferrable to another individual. If you have Clover Points and you would like to donate them you can contact us to transfer your points to our favorite cloth diaper bank The Cloth Option to help end diaper need.
How do I redeem my Clover Points?
Go to the My Rewards to see if you have accumulated enough points for a coupon code.
100 Clover Points can be redeemed for a $5 discount. Click "Get coupon" and you can choose how many points to redeem in increments of 100 Clover Points to maximize your rewards for a single order. All online orders only allow 1 promo code per transaction.
Clover Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Redeemed Clover Points cannot be refunded.
